HIRING CDP DCDP BARISTA FOR LEADING RESTAURANTS IN SAUDI ARABIA
1. CDP (Chef de Partie)Supervise and manage a section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, saucier).Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the menu.Ensure that food is presented to a high standard and in a timely manner.Maintain stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including DCDPs and kitchen assistants.Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Collaborate with the head chef or sous chef on menu planning and new dishes.Monitor food wastage and ensure cost control.Ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained and report any issues.2. DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of dishes.Take charge of the section when the Chef de Partie is unavailable.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.Help with inventory management and stock control.Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.Support the team with daily food prep and cooking tasks.Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.Train junior staff and apprentices in specific tasks when required.Actively participate in food production, ensuring quality and consistency.Communicate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.3.
