Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Investment Planner/Advisor to develop a comprehensive investment plan for municipal building stock as part of the Municipal Facilities Enhancement Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment planning and financial analysis, particularly within the construction or industrial sectors.Develop acomprehensive investment plan for municipal building stock in Hail, Saudi Arabia, aligned with market demands and government policies.Conduct detailed market research to identify investment opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.Perform risk analysis and financial feasibility studies for proposed projects.Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact investment outcomes.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.Proven track record in developing and managing investment plans for building stock or similar infrastructure projects.Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, particularly the construction, buildingExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
