Make a number of calls per month to potential clients (as per the target).Successfully onboard a minimum of 20 merchants each month, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and uploaded to CRM.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
