The assigned resource should have the following core technical expertise and experience:
· Infrastructure Program and Project Management experience. Experience in handling Facilities programs preferred.
· Skillset should include stakeholder management, vendor management, risk and issue management, project reporting, and governance
· The assigned individual should have experience in executing the following activities:
o Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget constraints while aligning with organizational objectives.
o Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure vendors meet their obligations for delivery, quality, and performance.
o Manage the evaluation and selection process for new infrastructure vendors, ensuring that their offerings align with business needs and standards.
o Together with the Product team, supports the RFx phases in the procurement process and the scheduling of such activities in relation to the product lifecycle.
o Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions during infrastructure updates or migrations. Oversee incident management and ensure quick resolution of any issues that may impact system performance.
o Develop, track, and manage project budgets. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives, while maintaining the quality and performance of infrastructure services. Assist with preparing total cost of ownership with the product team.
Engage with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define infrastructure needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet operational goals
