Roles & Responsibilities Overseeing all aspects of the Group’s Corporate and other taxation, related regulatory compliance, assistance in Management reporting and strategic tax planning advice. · Corporate tax impact assessment and implementation. · Manage and oversee all tax compliance and reporting aspects, including preparing and filing tax returns and making tax payments. · Assist with implementing and maintaining Transfer Pricing arrangements across the group and ensure that the group Transfer Pricing policies are adhered to and that reporting and analysis accurately reflects the underlying business agreements and needs. · Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities and maximise tax savings opportunities · Maintain and analyse all tax risk positions, corporate tax and deferred tax provisions, and prepare tax disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. · Proactively identify tax risks for the business and work with advisors and stakeholders to ensure changes in tax law and regulations are duly complied with. · Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the Group is in compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations · Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal teams, to ensure that tax implications are considered in all business decisions · Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors, and ensure that all tax filings and reporting are accurate and timely · Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and coaching to support their professional development and growth · Liaison with the FTA on specific tax issues and their conclusion with respect to different industries. · Performing and executing health check assignments · To perform any other additional Group finance related tasks assigned from time to time. · Ensure compliance with tax requirements such as country-by-country reporting’s (CBCR), BEPS Pillar 1 and 2, Global Minimum Tax, AML, Economic Substance Regulations (ESR), etc. · Conduct a periodic tax health check of relevant business and legal entities from tax control perspective and put in place the required mitigates. Manage relationships with tax authorities and advisors. Liaison with external auditors as required Desired Candidate Profile · Chartered Accountant is a must; additional certification in finance and accounting from accredited institutes is preferred. · At least 6+ years of relevant experience with large conglomerates of which at least 2 years of managerial experience. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions to complex tax issues · Good knowledge of accounting rules & regulations and financial and analytical skills High attention to detail; organizational skills

Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Project Leads to create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and relevant stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address issues. Coordinate with various departments to allocate and manage resources required for project tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project register, Project plans, status reports and Project deliverables. Identify and assess potential project risks and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. Prepare regular status reports for the leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues. Monitor and report on the results of each phase of the Project. Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that changes to project scope are documented, approved, and communicated effectively. Initiate a few feasibility studies based on the GIT leadership requirement and build a business case to support implementation of new technologies which look feasible and beneficial to the organization. Facilitate Internal and external stakeholder management. Provide support on few of the small IT application support requests. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a project coordinator, preferably in an IT environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development life cycle.
