We are looking for a talented and detail-driven FF&E Designer to join our interior design team in Dubai. The role is focused on sourcing, production, and documentation of FF&E and interior finishes across a diverse portfolio of commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. Working under the direction of project team leaders, the successful candidate will play a key hands-on role in delivering beautifully coordinated interiors from concept through to site installation. The ideal candidate must bring strong creative and communication skills and thrive under tight project deadlines. Role Focus & Key Responsibilities FF&E Sourcing & Specification – Research, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, fittings, lighting, soft furnishings, decorative accessories, artwork, and equipment aligned with the approved design concept and client brief. – Develop and maintain comprehensive FF&E schedules and specification documents including item descriptions, finishes, dimensions, quantities, and supplier/manufacturer references. – Build and manage an up-to-date supplier and product library, fabric sample boards, and finish material libraries. – Obtain product quotations, lead times, and technical data sheets from suppliers and manufacturers. – Review and approve product samples, mock-ups, and factory sign-off submissions to ensure conformance with design intent. Documentation & Drawing Production – Prepare furniture layout plans, furnishing arrangement drawings, and installation details using AutoCAD. – Produce detailed FF&E specifications, control sample schedules, finish boards, and procurement packages. – Prepare and maintain FF&E budgets, procurement trackers, and delivery status reports throughout the project lifecycle. – Compile and issue complete FF&E close-out documentation and handover packages. – Develop visual presentations, mood boards, and concept collages using Photoshop and SketchUp for client presentations and design review meetings. Site Coordination & Fit-Out Support – Coordinate with site teams, fit-out contractors, and installation teams to ensure FF&E is delivered, positioned, and installed per the approved drawings and specifications. – Conduct regular site visits to inspect FF&E installation quality, finish accuracy, and overall design intent. – Manage the FF&E snagging and de-snagging process, ensuring all defects and punch list items are resolved prior to project handover. – Liaise with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to coordinate FF&E integration with architectural finishes and services. – Track and manage FF&E delivery schedules, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams. Project Coordination & Communication – Work closely under the direction of the project team leader, contributing to all stages of the FF&E design and delivery process. – Attend client meetings, design reviews, and site progress meetings, presenting FF&E proposals and responding to queries. – Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to evaluate supplier quotations and manage order placement. – Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer – Joinery to ensure that all joinery products and installations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
