Sales & Client Acquisition: • Identify and engage potential clients seeking business setup, accounting, and tax services in the UAE. • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and provide customized solutions. • Convert inquiries into sales through effective presentation and negotiation. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Operations & Coordination:• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client services.• Manage the documentation and application process for trade license registration, visa processing, and renewals.• Monitor and follow up on client deliverables and project timelines.• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and operational progress in CRM systems.• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards, and FTA regulations.Customer Support & Service Quality:• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding and service process.• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
