About The Role Executes all monthly general ledger procedures, including journal entry preparation, discrepancy resolution, and account analysis for GMG’s respective business unit: Entering direct journal vouchers (e.g. related to Payroll) Reconciling Sub ledgers with General Ledger Performs General Ledger reconciliation with sub-ledgers (all subsidiary accounts and records will be reconciled to the general ledger) monthly and at year-end closing Informs and follows up with the Manager if reconciliation between general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers is unmet. Records all adjusting, closing and reversing entries to attain reconciliation in such cases (after the requisite approval) Accounts Payable Executes all monthly accounts payable procedures for GMG’s respective business unit, including preparing journal vouchers and batches for entry of payment transactions (payments, debit notes, credit notes, invoices) related to accounts payable into the General Ledger concerning all the purchases, expenses, and goods outwards: Entering invoices into the system Invoice matching Invoice discrepancies Creating payments (Cheques, Cash etc. as required) Applying prepayments Creating debit/Credit Notes Stopping payments Payment Reconciliation Receives invoices and performs invoice matching and reconciling with delivery notes against invoices and purchase order Prepares accounts payable cheques and wire transfers with payment vouchers for necessary approval Periodically makes reconciliations with major suppliers/vendors/contractors and arranges for balance confirmation Accounts Receivable Executes all monthly accounts receivables procedures for GMG’s respective business unit, including preparing journal vouchers and batches for entry of receivables transactions (receipts, debit notes, credit notes) into the General Ledge Entering information into the system Payment discrepancies Maintaining customer files about the requirements

UI/UX Designer: This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. Purpose: We are seeking a UX / UI Designer to play a vital role in shaping the design strategy and driving the overall user experience and user interface for our customers across various ecommerce platforms, including desktop web, mobile web, and native mobile apps as well as omnichannel project such as in store digital experience The role is highly focused on driving ecommerce efficiency by developing or revamping entirely our UX/UI experience on our ecommerce platforms You will play a critical role in driving innovation, setting design standards, and ensuring that our brands deliver top-notch user experiences & interfaces that keep our customers engaged and delighted The primary responsibility will be to translate design choices into impactful decisions that enhance our ecommerce shopping journey, from navigation to checkout, to boost performance across all channels. Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, Marketing, CRM teams as well as ecommerce trading team and other key stakeholders to identify, define, and implement design solutions that elevate our customer journey The UX/UI Designer will inspire and provide direction for our brands ensuring delivery of best-in-class design and delivery of MarTech strategies Job Description: UX/UI Roadmap Assist in creation & development of the UI/UI roadmap for one of GMG sports division online ecommerce platform Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and other design artifacts to guide the team in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences Creative Direction: Oversee the full P&L of the ecommerce brands, monitor financial performance, and take proactive measures to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas for growth and profitability improvement. Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product team to develop effective User experiences that drives conversion Work closely with technology and IT teams to optimize the ecommerce platforms, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration with other system Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and platforms to gather insights, measure performance, and track key metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into ecommerce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Teamwork: Develop relationship with the product team, marketing team & Customer Service teams to achieve targets Train & Mentor a team of UX/UI Designers Quickly develop a winning relationships based on trust and quality of execution Manage senior stakeholders by maintaining excellent communication Personal Development Usage of AI tools and measurement metrics for UX/UI and data to increase conversion Attend webinars and UX/UI events Apply learnings to real life projects and examples Base Requirement: 2+ years in a similar UX/UI role Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field. 2+ years of experience in designing user interfaces and interactions, preferably in consumer-focused tech or product companies. Strong background in utilizing research and analytics to inform design decisions. Strong presentational skills (Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.). Job-Specific Skills: Demonstrated experience in creating flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual communication to effectively convey design concepts. The ability to comprehend complex business problems and establish a design vision for the product in the short, medium, and long term. Proficiency in applying best practices for mobile and web design, as well as a solid understanding of usability principles and techniques. Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams, including Product, Engineering, and Commercial departments. A proven ability to drive the design review cycle and independently fulfill design requirements. Relevant work experience in web and mobile architecture, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of design considerations in these domains. A portfolio of work showcasing user-centered design solutions and demonstrating depth of experience. Experience conducting user interviews for research and testing purposes, with a strong grasp of user research methodologies. Software knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision Studio, Axure, XD, etc. Strong technical knowledge (SFCC, Magento, React, and Native mobile OS Behavioural Competencies Effective ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a can-do attitude.
