We are seeking 30 waiters and servers for an upcoming high-profile event on September 28th at a prestigious venue in Dubai. This is will be a 1 day event the working hours will be 11:30AM to 3:30PM.

Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the warehouse team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from receiving to dispatch.Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and space, to meet operational requirements and achieve productivity targets.Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve warehouse processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize throughput.Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory control measures, including cycle counting, stock replenishment, and SKU rationalization, to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.Order Fulfillment: Monitor order processing activities, prioritize orders based on urgency, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for inbound and outbound shipments, conduct regular quality inspections, and address any non-conformances promptly.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate inbound deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.Performance Tracking: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to track warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.Team Development: Mentor and coach warehouse supervisors and staff, provide training on new processes and technologies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
