Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage the reservation system and seating chart to optimize table assignments and minimize wait times.Assist guests with special requests, including accommodating dietary restrictions or preferences.Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area.Collaborate with servers, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.Monitor and manage the waitlist, providing accurate wait time estimates to guests.Provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions to guests.Uphold company standards of service and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
