If you have a passion for scaling campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving measurable business growth, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Lead GenerationDevelop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to improve ad targeting.Implement and test ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion strategies to maximize lead generation.A/B test ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure maximum ROI.Tracking, Analytics & ReportingTrack lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion rates from ad platforms to CRM.Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking to measure ad performance.Regularly analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable insights.Generate weekly/monthly reports with campaign insights, key takeaways, and recommendations for improvement.Monitor and optimize funnel performance, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured and converted.CRM & Lead NurturingIntegrate and track lead data through CRM systems to monitor the sales pipeline.Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead qualification and nurturing strategies are aligned.Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing through retargeting, email campaigns, and remarketing ads.Budgeting & StrategyAllocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.Plan and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies.Stay updated with advertising trends, new platform updates, and industry best practices.
