Minimum Experience RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in NDT activities within Oil & Gas projects.Minimum 3 years of experience working on API 650 Storage Tank projects.Demonstrated experience coordinating RT, UT, MT, and PT inspection activities during Storage Tank Site installation.Proven experience working with Third Party Inspection Agencies and Client representatives.Familiar with quality documentation, weld traceability, and NDT reporting systems.

The Welding Engineer will ensure that all welding activities comply with API 650, ASME Section IX, and project specifications.Minimum Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Welding Engineering.ORBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with professional certification in Welding Engineering, such as:IWE – International Welding EngineerCWE – Certified Welding EngineerOr another equivalent certification approved by the Company.Minimum Experience RequirementsMinimum 12 years of experience in welding-related activities within Oil & Gas projects.Demonstrated experience working on storage tank fabrication and erection projects in accordance with API 650.Proven experience developing and qualifying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) in accordance with ASME Section IX.Hands-on experience with mechanized welding processes used in tank fabrication, particularly:Mechanized FCAWSubmerged Arc Welding (SAW)Experience coordinating with QA/QC teams, welding inspectors, and third-party inspection agenciesPrior experience with ADNOC project and AGES Specification experience is essential
