Role Overview:The FSQA Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role ensures that products are safe, consistent, and meet customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA if applicable)Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actionsMonitor quality control processes across productionHandle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standardsManage documentation, SOPs, and records related to quality systemsWork closely with production, procurement, and R&D teamsConduct risk assessments and ensure hazard controlOversee supplier quality assurance and approvals
