Design and develop diesel generator systems as per project and client requirements.Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, vendor documents, and technical specifications.Handle DG sets assembly, testing, installation, and site commissioning activities.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling of diesel engines – Mitsubishi, Cummins, CAT, etc.Prepare engineering deliverables – BOMs, MTOs, data sheets, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.Participate in technical bid evaluations and coordinate with procurement/vendors.Ensure all design work complies with international standards (IEC, ANSI, API, ASME, ISO, etc.)Assist in pre-sales design, technical estimations, and support proposals team.Ensure HSE and quality compliance across engineering activities.Support site engineers during FAT/SAT and field testing when required.

Lead and execute commissioning activities for Electrical & Instrumentation systems (HV/LV switchgear, MCCs, transformers, DCS, PLCs, SCADA, F&G systems, etc.)Develop commissioning procedures, plans, and documentation.Perform pre-commissioning checks, loop checks, function testing, and final handover.Coordinate with construction, QC, and operations teams to ensure smooth commissioning workflow.Interface with ADNOC clients and ensure compliance with offshore safety standards.Ensure systems are tested and commissioned as per project specifications and ADNOC protocols.Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical resolutions in a time-bound manner.Maintain records, prepare reports, and submit turnover documentation.

Prepare and manage document transmittals and maintain organized filing systems via EDMS (ACONEX, WRENCH, ASSAI).Register all incoming and outgoing correspondences, MOMs, drawings, and technical submittals.Maintain and update the Master Document Register (MDR) and Document Distribution Matrix (DDM).Enforce adherence to client documentation standards, specifications, and procedures.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and relevant departments for document accuracy.Log and track all documents using a detailed control log and correspondence register.Manage the creation, review, approval, and distribution of all project-related documents.Ensure compliance with document control procedures and quality standards.Perform regular audits and quality checks on documents for accuracy and completeness.Provide document control support across project phases to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Implement company, client, and statutory HSE requirements on offshore sites.Enforce HSEMS and project HSE plans.Conduct incident investigations and develop reports.Drive HSE culture improvements and awareness.Perform HSE site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Deliver on-job training, inductions, and toolbox talks.Maintain HSE documentation and prepare project HSE statistics.Coordinate with site teams and attend client HSE meetings.

Prepare and float inquiry packages for subcontractors and suppliers.Compile complete inquiry documents, including:Item specificationsBOQs (Bill of Quantities)Approved vendor/supplier listsTechnical drawings and detailed scopeCoordinate with estimation, engineering, and site teams to ensure package accuracy and completeness.Source and identify construction materials and relevant subcontractors based on project needs.Address clarifications raised during tendering and assess impact on cost, scope, and schedule.Analyze quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.Assist in negotiations and vendor/subcontractor finalization.
