Key Responsibilities:Estimation of retail fit-out projects, including detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure accuracy and alignment of estimates with the project scope and requirements.Prepare comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost breakdowns.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and industry trends for materials, labor, and other costs.Ensure that the estimates are submitted on time, within budget, and meet the client’s specifications.Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliersCoordinating the suppliers-sending the inquiries for the outsource items and following up the quotations.Taking Quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQEvaluation of subcontractors quotationAttend meetings if required, to perceive the requirements of clients, and give necessary advice to the clients for optimization.

Coordinate with Project Manager / MEP team to understand the requirement and execution plan at site.Coordinate with Supervisor, Admin and Purchase team for material & other requirements.Ensuring all technical requirements are in line with approved plan.Monitor technical aspects at each level of Project Execution in details to meet the requirement.Frequently coordinating with Project Manager, Client and execution team for project completion stages, modifications etc.Ensuring quality of work and material is as per agreed contractPrepare and send daily reports to the supervisor over project statusCoordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required.Conduct the duties and tasks within the set authorities and limitationsInspecting in house equipment and conducting routine maintenanceProving technical support and training on new equipment.Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

Checking received BOQ, Specifications and Detail DrawingsCategorizing the items according to the detailsIdentify labour, material and time requirement from proposals and related documents.Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliersCoordinating the suppliers- sending the enquiries for the outsource items and following up the quotations.Taking Quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQEvaluation of sub-contractors’ quotationPreparation of the cost sheet, Specification & BOQPreparation of budgetClient Management & budget preparation.Attend meetings if required, to perceive the requirements of clients, and give necessary advice to the clients for optimization.
