Customer Support Collaboration:- Collaborate with customer support teams to address payment-related inquiries and issues.- Ensure a positive customer experience in all payment interactions.- Develop and maintain a system for handling customer complaints and feedback related to payments.- Work with the customer support team to improve payment-related processes and customer satisfaction.8. Technology Integration:- Work closely with the IT department to integrate and optimize payment systems.- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance payment capabilities.- Ensure payment systems are scalable and can support future business growth.- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the payment industry and integrate relevant innovations.9. Develop and optimize front-end applications using JavaScript.Ensure compatibility and performance across different PC and mobile browsers.Implement H5 standards and related technologies in web development.Utilize B/S communication technologies, including HTTPs, WebSocket, and WebRTC, for application development and debugging.Develop and maintain applications using frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, and VueJS.Work with libraries and frameworks like ExtJS and WebixJS.Collaborate with team members using git workflows and PMS systems like GitLab and GitHub.

Develop, maintain,and optimize web applications using JavaScript (ES6 and newer features).Understand and leverage the V8 engine for performance improvements.Design, implement, and manage databases, including Postgresql, Redis, HBase, MongoDB, InfluxDB, and Elasticsearch.Perform system administration tasks on CentOS and Ubuntu, including the use of Docker for containerization.Manage and debug TCP/IP, HTTP(s), WebSocket, and WebRTC communication protocols.Develop and maintain applications using frameworks such as Strapi, React.js, and Vue.js.Collaborate with team members using git workflows and PMS systems like GitLab and GitHub.

Develop software using a variety of programming languages, like Java, JavaScript, PHP, C++, and C#.Maintain and administer servers across all operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS).Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development and deployment processes.Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code and efficient operation of systems.Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate with team members.Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.Manage and configure domains and DNS routing to ensure reliable and efficient traffic flow.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
