Job Description: - This position reports to the Maintenance section director andresponsible for the programming, design, and development ofthis software as well as setting them up to run on CNC machines.responsibilities: - Programing and Operating of CNC lathe Fanuc controlling machine.- Creating, modifying, testing CNC programs based on workshop drawings, technical data, and instructions from the design department.- Defining the manufacturing processes and indicating the necessary tools and devices.- Repair and maintenance monitoring of CNC machines.- Defining how to optimize the machining of different component.- Optimization of the operation of CNC machine for processing time.- Knowing How to operating the machine.Tasks: - Know-how of Computer-Aided Design software – AutoCAD or Solidworks are popular CAD software.- Experience with Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software- Good understanding of blueprint readings and plans.- Knowledge of setting drills, mills, and lathes to ensure 100 percent accuracy- Keen sense of analysis and logical thinking.- Know-how of Computer-Aided Design software – AutoCAD or Solid works are popular CAD software.
