About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead business development efforts across the UAE and GCC markets. This role focuses on generating new leads, understanding client requirements, and promoting adhesive and sealant solutions to achieve sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and market penetration in the UAE and GCC.• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to support long-term growth.• Conduct competitive analysis on products, pricing, and new market entrants.• Plan, organize, and execute customer visits, ensuring strong client engagement.• Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing technical guidance, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions.• Prepare and submit:o Daily: call/activity reports.o Weekly: customer visit reports, sales activity summaries, and task progress updates.o Monthly: market forecasts, territory analysis, and client-specific sales reports.• Deliver regular performance updates and recommendations directly to the Managing Director.
