Job Summary:Head Of Trading is responsible for overseeing and managing all trading operation & activities in African with a focus on Education, oil & gas, and general commodities. The Head Of Trading will lead the development of market strategies, build strong supplier and buyer networks, and ensure the profitable execution of trade deals in alignment with regional and global standards.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and execute trading strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions.Identify opportunities and create plans for all sales channels in the region to maximize market penetration.Analyse market trends, price movements, and geopolitical factors impacting trade flows.Ensure procurement activities are aligned with forecasted demand, inventory positions, and regional market trends.Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier and buyer relationships to ensure optimal trading margins.Monitor commodity prices, market trends, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and risks.Negotiate and close commercial deals, including contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Manage P&L accountability for the trading division, optimizing margins and trade flows.Coordinate with logistics, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and reduce the operational risks.Ensure full compliance with local & international trade regulations.

The position will be part of Chairman's Office and will responsible for managing MIS and analatyical reportingDevelop and oversee the financial planning and forecasting process to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.Reviewing the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial resources with business objectives.Mointoring the budgets for separate verticals vs. actual and analysis the same.Evaluate investment opportunities and financial viability of projects, providing detailed analyses to support decision-making.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and competitive advantage.Monitring the treasury basis with the treasury team at Group levelPreparing and moinitring rolling cash flows for all the business verticals of the Group and tracking critical activities for cash flow.Prepare dashboards for chairman office and create periodic MIS for senior management consumption.
