Role Objective: To manage his project(s) effectively such that they are completed within the time, cost and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company’s quality, safety practices and assuring comprehensive, traceable site records/documentation. To implement and provide feedback about creative solutions that reduce the manpower requirements, cost and/or time of projects.STRATEGIC:1) Responsible for maintaining strong relations with all project stakeholders.2) Assists in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment, and machinery to improve the construction process.3) Assists Procurement in selecting and evaluating subcontractors and suppliersOPERATIONAL:1) Studies contract documents to become thoroughly acquainted with exact requirements and specifications.2) Reviews and approves/signs budgets of his job(s).3) Coordinates with the Planning and Cost Control functions for the preparation and update of the Project Schedule, Manpower Schedule and Job Budget.4) Responsible for the timely preparation and approval of all submittals and drawings for the projects in coordination with other relevant departments.5) Responsible for optimizing the allocated manpower, material and equipment for assigned projects to meet budget and minimize deviations in resource requirements and forecasts.Responsible for the timely delivery of required site forms (within 48 hours) including all Material delivery notes (with authorized signature and ID number), Master Labor Card, Daily Activity Report and information to meet the Personnel needs and proper update of AQC System data.7) Approves all Material Request Forms related to his job(s).8) Responsible for the timely material in/out flow to site.9) Updates progress on site to the Planning function as required.10) Responsible for preparation and submittal of all necessary progress reports required by client/consultant.11) Responsible for the timely issuance of invoices for assigned projects.12) Supports accounting in collection of invoiced amounts for assigned projects.13) Completes the monthly subcontractor payment certificates and evaluations.14) Interfaces and corresponds with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for the projects.15) Ensures his site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies.16) Conducts preset and documented coordination meeting to ensure the project activities are on schedule.17) Forwards progress photographs of the site(s) on weekly basis to Planning to meet Project Control requirements and management marketing needs.18) Coordinates with Engineering for the delivery of As-Built Drawings for the job(s).19) Responsible for variation orders in coordination with Planning & Cost Control as needed.20) Responsible for the final issuance of the Construction Completion Certificate for the projects from the authorities.21) Completes the Construction section of the End of Job Report.22) Manages the project to ensure delivery of the budget (cost time quality) within the agreed on resources.23) Compiles necessary documents to maintenance department to ensure smooth start of defect liability period.24) Maintains legality of all site activities to limit any risk exposure.25) Develops and maintains site logistics plan.26) Generates and circulates work flow chart, authority matrices, organization chart and procedure to the project team to ensure clarity of responsibilities and accountabilities.27) Responsible for the timely closure of internal and external Non Conformance Reports (NCR), safety violations and field memorandums.28) Ensures contractual exposure of project is coordinated with contract’s advisory for guidance.29) Responsible for transfer of excess material from sites to the central stores.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT1) Assists Personnel in the recruiting of manpower and staff.2) Assists in the training and development of personnel in the Construction function.3) Ensures development, review and improvement of his/her relevant division/department’s process and procedures.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Monitor daily quantities and costs to ensure compliance with the approved budget and cost control policies for all project requisitions and expenses.Manage variation orders by incorporating approved changes into the project budget.Prepare and review job budget sheets, updating budgets based on new or revised drawings.Generate monthly cost reports using cost control techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Accounts, Site QS, Planning, and Engineering, to collect data for detailed cost analysis.Maintain accurate records of actual cost elements (e.g., staff, materials, subcontractors) for project close-out reports.Track and report project status, emphasizing significant savings or losses to management.Provide regular updates and reports on budget revisions and the impact of variation orders.Ensure all job files, including revised budgets, contracts, and drawings, are properly organized and maintained.Identify opportunities for cost savings and recommend initiatives to enhance resource utilization.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other teams as needed to stay informed about project activities and their influence on the budget, schedule, and cost forecast.Develop and maintain an effective system for data sharing to support financial analysis, reporting, and explanations for major budget variances.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and support business growth across the UAE.Adapt website content and other global marketing updates for the local market.Manage content creation by visiting project sites to capture and document progress through photography and videography.In charged of social media marketing and digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, twitter, Instagram….etc)Responsible for outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.Lead social media marketing initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts, with a focus on promoting company products and achievements.Developed creative graphics for advertising, digital banners, internal and external newsletter, brochures, packaging, display artworks.Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.Design marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and case studies, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and goals.Provide sales support by preparing presentations, curating client-facing content, and assisting in sales pitches.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
