We are a real estate company based in DIFC, near Trade Center Station, seeking an experienced Real Estate Admin with a strong background in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, real estate CRM systems, and have a solid understanding of real estate administrative processes.Admin Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication between clients and real estate consultants.Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and video shoots for secondary market and off-plan properties.Assist clients and agents with inquiries related to property listings, market trends, and real estate services.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property details, contracts, and transactions.Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation for consultants and clients.Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.Conduct market research to assist with property evaluations, pricing, and market trends.Manage and update property listings on real estate portals, websites, and social media platforms.Prepare and review real estate documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Coordinate with developers for document verification and approvals.Support marketing campaigns by assisting with brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.Manage consultants’ calendars and schedule meetings effectively.Follow up with clients post-viewings and consultations for feedback and further assistance.Maintain compliance with RERA rules and regulations, including Trakheesi procedures and tenancy contracts (Form A, B, F, Ejari registration, and Trakheesi permits).Coordinate with developers for company registration and follow up on payments.Oversee office operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure an organized work environment.Assist in event coordination for property launches and client engagement activities.Handle basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.Requirements:Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Dubai’s real estate industry.Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and property regulations.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate CRM systems.Familiarity with Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Trakheesi, and Broker Pad.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Availability for flexible working hours when required.
