Monitor the production line to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Execute the day-to-day production plan.Making of production operator check sheet & blending batch sheetEnsure that production meets quality standards and that production targets are met within the given timeframe.Schedule, assign tasks supervise production workers and oversee the production process.Preparing and submitting daily production reports.Filling line quality and quantity verificationPreventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipmentParticipate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.Conduct regular audits and walk around to review the potential losses in the areas of responsibility.Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to the line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.Ensure machine maintenance schedules are kept up to date and carried out

• Adheres to the HSSE Management System of the Terminal in line with the Authority Requirement. • Manages tank farm activities, including Shipments, tanker loading/offloading, berthing & planning of vessels, blending of products, etc. • Complies with all the required documentation of operational checklists and reports for Operations Activities. • Maintains product quality at the highest level while delivering to customers. • Monitors bulk stocks of tanks. • Enhances improvement in operations activity, and proposes new procedures to maintain quality and safety of product and operating staff. • Assists the Operations Manager Projects & Maintenance • Strictly monitors the compliance of all the HSSE standards & follows up in case of non-conformance to ensure that corrective actions are being implemented where necessary. • Complies with the system of ''Safe Work Permit” & ensures its implementation. • Assists the Asst. Operations Manager in implementation of Job Safety Analysis and simultaneously inspects the job site activities with maximum concern towards hazardous areas.• Coordinates and participates in the investigation of accidents & near misses and thereby suggesting corrective measures for reoccurrence. • Supervises the regular inspection of firefighting facilities, safety and emergency response equipment. • Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans. • Conduct training pertaining to Tool Box on a daily Basis • Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly Operations activity reports & HSE reports.
