Job Title: Driver Location: DIP 1, Dubai Reporting To: Business Operations Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking to hire a proactive and organized Driver to support our daily field operations. This role involves working closely with the Operations Executive to coordinate deployment activities, track movement of resources, manage schedules, and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and monitoring deployment activities alongside the Operations Executive Track movements of field staff and deployment units to ensure timely and accurate execution Support scheduling and route planning for operational efficiency Maintain detailed records of daily operations and report to the management team Communicate effectively with drivers, field staff, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly Ensure proper handling and documentation of operational assets Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Certification in logistics or operations is a plus) Previous experience in operations, logistics, or staff/driver coordination preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Comfortable using smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools Knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam) is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
