Description• Lead and manage the corporate branding and promotion of the Group.• Lead and manage marketing campaigns and collaterals to achieve better client engagement.• Assist the Business Development (BD) team in overview and updating of project tenderrecords and relevant databases.Responsibilities• Manage all corporate digital and traditional media platforms including but not limited to - Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Newspapers, Magazines etc.• Lead all content creating initiatives for the organization. Required to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders for material collation required for generating marketing content.• Develop marketing collaterals – corporate presentation slides, major project list, brochures, posters, advertisement materials/etc from conceptualization through to production.• Lead and organize all marketing campaigns:- Corporate events such as contract signing ceremonies, ground-breaking ceremonies, annual golf competition etc- Corporate gifts - Festive gifts for clients – Hampers, mooncakes, chocolates etc• Maintain and update corporate branding to current trends and requirements. Ensure uniformity and compliance to corporate branding guidelines across all business units and overseas subsidiaries.• Plan & organise the annual corporate planning workshops for the organization.• Assist BD General Manager in planning & managing the department budget.• Responsible for the BD department’s compliance to company’s IMS system for ISO requirements. This includes carrying out annual customer satisfaction surveys & collating the results for management review.• Registration/renewal of licenses for Rotary Engineering HQ – BCA/SSSS/etc• Undertake market research (in house or outsource) to keep the management abreast of latest market and industry trends.• Evaluate the findings of market research; assess the viability of alternative market segment for growth and make recommendations to the BD GM.· Weekly news scan and media highlights for internal circulation· Work closely with BD team to identify and evaluate new markets for core service offerings, and other development and marketing partnership opportunities.· Ensure customer retention and satisfaction for repeat jobs.

Coordinate and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site.Interpret construction and technical drawings and communicate engineering requirements to the team.Collaborate with Clients, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for site works.Monitor project progress and assist in planning monthly work schedules and productivity goals.Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring effective resource allocation.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and technical specifications.Liaise with internal teams to prepare project progress reports and claims.Develop and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Attend all site meetings and actively engage in problem-solving and quality assurance processes.Identify non-conformity and recommend corrective actions to uphold project integrity.

• Participate in monitoring the HSE activities including auditing, sampling and inspection.• Inspect the assigned Project Area daily to ensure works are executed safely.• To be responsible for the training of new hires and all levels of personnel on HSE matters, with a specific attention to particularly hazardous tasks.• Participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses.• Report immediately to the Site HSE Manager and area Superintendent/Supervisor in case of dangerous actions and/or situation.• To be of constant advisor on the field for any problem related to HSE for all the personnel.• Verify on daily basis the correct use of PPE by all the personnel.• Participate in the “Welfare and Site Committee” meetings monthly.• To ensure that Fire Fighting and Safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced.• Check and ensure, the work crew deployed in respective area of control is completed require trainings and are competent.• Check and ensure that, all plant and equipment deployed for the executing the work in respective area of control are inspected and approved.• Check and ensure that, the approved MS & required level of FRA in place.• Check and ensure that, Permit to Work is in place and follow up on findings.• Ensure that all safety precautions stipulated in Permit to work and FRA is implemented at work area.• Monitoring day to day work activities in respective area of control and advise Site Supervisors in HSE matters for prompt corrective action.• Intervene and STOP the work if in presence of imminent danger to life and health, or to the environment and inform the Site Supervisor for corrective actions.• Take initiatives for evacuation, in case of emergency on site.• All the deviations which are taken during the Project in compliance with the COMPANY are recorded in HSE Deviation Register.
