Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency. Collaborate with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing levels. The service provider will have following roles and responsibilities: Analyzing, interpreting, and translating business requirements into technical system requirements / specifications.Develop end-to-end technical solutions across BSS / OSS stack and other Telco Domains. Produce detailed solution design documents that include clear integration specifications, use case diagrams, workflows, mockups, data models, constraints, and traceability matrix. Interact with cross functional teams to develop and align End to End solution design and architecture. Support development, project management and testing teams during project execution. Support team to resolve solution disputes between internal IT domains. Drive and apply best practices, industry trends and standards in solution design and development. Participate in technical evaluation/response for regulatory requirements.

Conduct advanced penetration testing to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications.Perform security assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls. Assess the security of web applications, APIs, and other online platforms through penetration testing methodologies. Identify and recommend remediation strategies for discovered vulnerabilities. Leverage Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) skills to enhance the overall security posture. Stay up to date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques. Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and respond to security incidents. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and prevent security incidents. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Provide recommendations for improving security controls and measures. Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees. Promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
