Vendor & Client Coordination- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely shipments.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, updates, and resolving shipping-related issues.- Negotiate shipping rates and service agreements with vendors to optimize costs.3. Documentation & Compliance- Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.- Ensure accurate and timely submission of customs declarations and related documents.- Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements to avoid delays or penalties.4. Inventory and Warehouse Coordination- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading of goods.- Oversee the tracking and tracing of shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.5. Process Improvement- Analyze current logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.- Implement strategies to streamline operations and improve service quality.6. Reporting & Analytics- Generate regular reports on shipment status, operational efficiency, and cost performance.- Use data insights to forecast demand and improve logistics planning.7.
