To ensure accurate and efficient control of all inventory across the organization, including business assets, assorted materials for Facility Management, Retail Items, OS&E + FF&E, etc. The role is responsible for maintaining stock integrity, preventing duplication, and supporting Material Master governance in Oracle to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Monitor and reconcile stock levels across all storage locations, ensuring records match physical counts.Material Master Governance: Create, validate, and maintain item codes in ERP, prevent duplication and ensure proper classification in coordination with Procurement and Warehouse teams.Cycle Counting & Variance Analysis: Plan and execute regular cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.Asset & Material Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking of business assets, FM materials, retail stock, OS&E + FF&E items, etc. throughout their lifecycle.Inventory Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including aging, slow-moving stock, and stock valuation for management review.
