The Project Development Engineer is key role directly reporting to Pre-Sales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and will be a part of growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions with focus on Energy Solutions in GCC. As a Project Development Engineer, you will be working closely with the Sales team for technical and commercial development of Energy solution and proposal. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation for energy solution.You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design, build energy savings estimates, cost estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will be also responsible for providing technical risk analysis for the complete solution.You will be part of transition meetings with Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timeline and customer requirements are taken care in proper manner.As a Project Development Engineer, you may need to perform on-site data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design review. You will be also focused on developing multiple components for the bundled sale of energy solution. You will be using strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).

The Application Engineer is a key role, reporting to the Sales Director, Applied Indirect Business responsible for our Indirect business across Middle East region. The team focuses on the HVAC product portfolio specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.You will be supporting sales team on application and product information. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation.You will use your technical expertise in Chillers/AHU/FCU to have the products specified by consultants. You will also be responsible for conducting training and seminars for consultants and end users in the region.You will be interacting with end users via phone or in person to gather information regarding the specifications to be produced and resolve problems, with the coordination with the BOD and sales engineers. Provide design and specification development support to consultants, contractors and end users with coordination with the BOD and sales engineers. You will assist in the design and development of new products and tools necessary to make target accounts comfortable and successful at selling HVAC equipment. Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases.

The Associate Project Engineer is key role directly reporting to Senior Project Manager for Install Business. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and will be a part of growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions with focus on Energy Solutions in GCC.You will be supporting the project management team on designing and execution of projects. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation for energy solution.You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design, build energy savings estimates, cost estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations.
