We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage fleet assignments and driver schedules for a 3PL logistics company. This role ensures the efficient utilization of company vehicles, smooth shift transitions, and compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, track vehicle and driver activities, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Driver Scheduling:Create and maintain driver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and routes.Assign drivers to vehicles based on availability, skills, and route requirements.Monitor driver hours to comply with company policies, including rest periods and maximum working hours.Vehicle Assignment:Coordinate vehicle assignments to ensure optimal utilization and minimize downtime.Track vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and repair statuses to avoid scheduling conflicts.Ensure that vehicles are assigned based on route requirements, load capacity, and driver preferences.Communication and Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding scheduling changes, route updates, and vehicle assignments.Collaborate with dispatchers, operations managers, and other team members to address scheduling conflicts or emergencies.Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are ready for scheduled routes.Optimization and Efficiency:Analyze scheduling data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.Implement strategies to reduce fuel costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall fleet performance.Use scheduling software and tools to automate and streamline the scheduling process.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and route changes.Generate reports on fleet utilization, driver performance, and scheduling efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Sales: • Identify and secure new business opportunities in temperature-controlled last-mile delivery to expand market presence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability. • Leverage a strong KSA network to penetrate new markets and industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and retail. • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and clients. • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
