We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dispatcher to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our delivery operations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE).Key Responsibilities:Route Planning:Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers handling B2C shipments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE).Utilize in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE)'s road network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of E-commerce orders.Allocation and Coordination:Work closely with drivers and helpers to ensure accurate allocation of E-commerce orders based on geographical areas and delivery priorities.Collaborate with the team to optimize route allocations for enhanced delivery efficiency.Order Accuracy:Verify and ensure the accurate dispatch of all orders from the warehouse.Promptly address and reassign any orders with incorrect delivery assignments to prevent delays and ensure orders are not left behind in the warehouse.Customer Engagement:Engage proactively with the Customer Support Team and Clients to address challenges or issues faced by drivers during delivery.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving delivery-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.Order Monitoring and Tracking:Monitor and report any issues or challenges faced by drivers during delivery.Track the real-time progress of drivers and provide necessary support to ensure timely and successful deliveries.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE).Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE)'s road network and routes is essential.Flexible to work in different shifts.Flexibility to work in different departments based on requirements.Proven experience in route planning and optimization for efficient delivery operations.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with drivers, helpers, and other teams.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of order dispatch.Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.Freshers with Home Country Experience in Warehouse / CFS / Airport Handling are encouraged to apply as well.Immediate joiners are preferable
