WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools. Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate. Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories. Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix. Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business Free Trade Expansion. Agree on a joint business plan with assigned distributors that delivers the company strategic objectives. Set clear performance expectations for distributor sales force to achieve growth of strategic categories in line with profit guidelines. Execute free trade plans to increase reach & penetration within designated distributors. Experiences & Qualifications University graduate (Business Major is a plus) Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG Strong negotiation & presentation and communication skills Ability to develop win-win solutions Strong command of English Strong Stakeholder management Skills Business Acumen Customer Development Distributor Management Communication Skills Presentation Skills Selling Skills Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
