Job Summary:The Sales & Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market share in the oil and gas industry. This role involves building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the commercial aspects of projects, including negotiations, contracts, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and commercial management within the cladding or specialized fabrication industry, with specific experience in the oil and gas sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the oil and gas sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.Oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids, proposals, and quotations.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure profitability and compliance with company standards.Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring commercial objectives are met.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and customer needs.Work closely with the technical, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
