Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding processes and pipe cladding, particularly within the oil and gas sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and efficiency of our welding operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize welding procedures for cladding projects.Conduct welding procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, AWS).Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure welding processes meet project requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues during fabrication and field operations.Provide technical guidance and training to welding personnel and technicians.Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in welding technologies, and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all welding and coating activities.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
