Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.Prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.Track project performance and analyze variances between planned and actual progress.Identify critical paths, risks, and delays; propose corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with various departments (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure alignment with project timelines.Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal and client reporting.Assist in resource planning and cost-loading of schedules if required.Support the preparation of project extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.Ensure planning and scheduling activities comply with company standards and contractual requirements.
