• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the public and private sectors across the UAE, while mining and expanding relationships with existing clients.• Promote and sell the company’s suite of services, including ERP, CRM, IoT, Data solutions, Smart city platforms, and e-government solutions.• Collaborate with key decision-makers, including CXOs, process owners, and IT heads, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify new business opportunities.• Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.• Own, manage and stay accountable for the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closure, post-sale handover and collections.• Develop and implement account strategies to exceed sales targets and expand the company’s regional footprint.• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
