Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices. Manage and update the customer database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of machines and parts. Follow up on pending orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise. Maintain records of sales activities, including customer interactions, inquiries, and sales orders. Track inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse team to manage stock effectively.
