Sheridama Real Estate is seeking dynamic and driven Off-Plan Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of Dubai's luxury property market. This role focuses on selling off-plan properties from leading developers, targeting high-net-worth individuals and investors looking for exclusive property investments.

The ideal real estate agents will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit their criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Promote and sell off-plan luxury properties from top developers in Dubai.
• · Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• · Actively Generate leads: Actively seek new clients through networking, marketing campaigns, referrals to build a strong pipeline of potential investors.
• · Advise clients on best returns: Offer tailored advice based on clients' investment goals to ensure the highest potential returns.
• · Conduct property briefings: Present comprehensive property details, including floor plans, project timelines, location benefits, and developer credibility, to provide clients with a clear understanding of their options.
• · Keep up-to-date with market trends: Monitor and analyse market movements, new developments, and investment opportunities to offer clients the most current information. Develop a thorough understanding of Dubai's off-plan real estate market, including trends, pricing, project timelines, and developer offerings.
• · Build and maintain client relationships: Foster long-term relationships by offering exceptional service, generating repeat business, and encouraging referrals.
• · Conduct property presentations, site visits, and attend relevant real estate exhibitions and events.
• · Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all client documentation and legal requirements are met.
• · Keep up-to-date with government regulations, developer guidelines, and property registration procedures in Dubai.
• · Maintain regular communication with clients, providing them with updates on project progress and new opportunities in the market.
• · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• · Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
• · Actively seek out new leads and build a robust client database through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• · Build and maintain strong and ongoing relationships with clients
• · Represent both your personal brand and Sheridama Real Estate to the highest standard at all times.
