Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
Responsible for Lead Management (Call, Email & WhatsApp), lead follow-ups, forwarding leads to agents and recording leads, and generating periodical reports.
Coordinate appointments, showings, and property tours for clients and agents.
Schedule and manage photo and video shoots.
Manage and update databases, client lists and real estate websites.
Assist in marketing efforts, such as creating flyers and posting on social media, Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient transactions.
Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
Support the negotiation and closing processes by coordinating paperwork, facilitating communication between parties, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized files for properties and clients.
Register, renew agreements with respected developers and prepare documents and viewings.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management.
Generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Responsible for RERA License & Trakhessi Permit Control and Agents' Broker Card Management.
Managing WhatsApp groups for internal communication and client updates.
Process and manage payments, invoices, and expenses.
Managing office equipment access such as printers, wifi, and biometrics, and liaising with the IT team for troubleshooting.
Assigning and retrieving laptops, tablets, and mobile phone access cards for new and departing employees.
Provide general office support as needed, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
