Consistently provide buyers/renters with multiple property choices, aiming to upsell and cross-sell to ensure clients always have alternatives available.
- The real estate agent should actively be involved in adding new residential/commercial properties to our portfolio for sale/rental on behalf of the owners.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
- Gather and follow up regarding the proper documentation process for every transaction, ensuring compliance is always met and safeguarding a smooth transaction process with the help of the admins.
- Take the latest and clear pictures and videos of the property for a good listing advertisement.
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters, providing detailed information about features and benefits.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate sales or rental agreements and prepare contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, laws, and regulations affecting the industry.
- The real estate consultant should stay focused on his area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings.
- The ideal real estate brokers should be proactive about using auto-promotion on social media, at social events, etc.
