We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive to join our Workforce Solutions team at Transguard Group in our HQ, located in the Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope
To act as the day to day/secondary point of contact for the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Account Manager. Ensure the customers expectation are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Understand the day-to-day running and maintaining each account; this includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contracts
- Coordinate and manage, with Finance, all of the invoicing required for all accounts, including following up payments Stipulate fees that need to be charged to the individual client accounts
- With the Account Manager, develop a good working relationship with the client and attend regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract
- Ensure that day-to-day operations are delivered within the agreed timeframes, escalate to the Account Manager any issues
- Ensure that individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule in order to meet the deadlines
- Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and adhoc HR requests
- Liaise with WFS HR Admin team for new hirings, offer/employment contract issuance, visa renewals, medical insurance, adhoc request and visa cancellations
- Liaise with Finance team for raising the invoices as per agreed commercials
- Liaise with Payroll team for salary and full and final processing as per agreed timelines
- Liaise with WFS HR Admin team on the information regarding passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
- Contract profitability review
- Manage Client Systems and third-party system (SAP Fieldglass, Ariba) for invoicing uploading
- Prepare quotations to the clients for new hires and extensions
- Highlight any issues in the internal processes and provide solutions
- Track financial targets and focus on business growth
