Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for Sales and Business Development professional to join our team.

Job Overview : To Increase the revenue from the transactional clients by actively approaching and selling Veolia standard products and services.
Job Purpose : To Proactively identify and sell Veolia products and services to the customers as per the veolia company policy and manage the entire sales cycle for the transactional clients.
Major Job Responsibilities & Duties of the Role include, but not limited to:
● Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the assigned portfolio.
● Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit and positive customer experience
● Build and maintain strong long lasting customer relationships to retain the clients and to grow revenue and profitability in the assigned portfolio
. ● Identify and approach potential new clients from the medium and large segment.
● Manage the entire life cycle of the customers in the assigned portfolio
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Veolia solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
● Forecast and track account metrics(e.g. annual forecasts, quarterly sales report etc..)
● Manage all customer related information through Veolia CRM systems(Salesforce).
● Establish a deep understanding of the assigned portfolio and individual customers ( Opportunities, Buying behavior, Decision making patterns etc..)
● Gather Market intelligence for effective decision making.
● Manage the sales pipeline, with regular updates and ensure the pipeline is 100% accurate for effective forecasting.
● Creation of vendor registration details (New customers)
● Authorities will be discussed during the initial induction process with the HOD and communicated as per organizational standards and policies.
Job Objectives & Key Performance Indicators
● Retain the revenue & clients as per the targets set by Veolia.
● Bring additional Revenue from the existing clients as per the set targets(up selling & Cross selling)
● Bring New revenue from new clients as per Veolia set targets
● Manage the profit margin on the assigned clients as per Veolia targets
● Manage the DSO (Day sales Outstanding) for the assigned portfolio
