Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, project cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare detailed financial reports, project budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
Manage audits, both internal and external.
Support project managers with financial insights to optimize project performance.
Collaborate with management to provide financial advice and strategic planning.
Requirements:
5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry, especially MEP companies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction-related accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in managing a team of accountants and overseeing financial operations for large-scale projects.
