Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive client experience and addressing inquiries or issues promptly. Maintain regular communication to understand clients’ evolving needs and propose relevant solutions.
Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outsourcing industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. Understand client business goals and align outsourcing services to deliver value. Present customized outsourcing proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Coordinate internally to resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction rates.
Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales and account performance reports. Analyze client feedback and market data to improve sales strategies and offerings.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 2 –5 years in a similar role.
Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and address client needs effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
