We are seeking a highly organized and proactive FEMALE FILIPINO Administrative Coordinator with strong experience in facilities management and contracting to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, coordinate facility-related activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth execution of contracting and procurement processes.


Scope of support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Procurement/Contracting departments.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, service agreements, and related documentation.
  • Manage vendor relations, including scheduling, follow-ups, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain and update records related to facilities, procurement activities, and compliance requirements.
  • Support procurement tasks such as obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests (PRs), and managing approvals.
  • Coordinate office operations including space management, access cards, HSE requirements, and general upkeep.
  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for facilities and contract-related expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulatory requirements.
