Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee HR, PRO, and general administrative operations in our office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Freezone portals and banking procedures, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with UAE regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize DMCC and JAFZA (Dubai Trade) portals to manage employee visa applications, service requests, and official document retrieval.

  • Draft, process, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, termination letters, and all other HR documentation.

  • Record daily office expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Prepare and submit tax reports to the Federal Tax Authority in compliance with UAE regulations.

  • Perform PRO-related tasks, including preparing and processing Power of Attorney (POA) documents.

  • Arrange for attestations from Dubai Courts, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and respective embassies for official documents.

  • Apply for and manage bank guarantees and related banking tasks.

  • Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
