Identifying and categorizing potential corporate and wholesale clients. Participate in vendor registration processes to expand Camelia's client base. Ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction surveys are done for retail, corporate and wholesale clients, providing regular updates and reports to the General Manager. Operational Excellence: Coordinate with the floral, landscaping, and wholesale departments to ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and meet Camelia's customer service standards. Facilitate the timely submission in adherence to policies and procedures. Operational Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OPP and ISO standards, Act as the Management Representative (MR), conduct internal audits to ensure the consistent implementation of Operations Policies & Procedures (OPP). Collaborate with the business departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and update the OPP whenever required Coordinating with Legal department for all contracts/agreements review Plan and organize events, and employee engagement activities in coordination with DAS HR Department. Identify training needs and plan training sessions in coordination with General Manager and with DAS L&D Department. Coordinate with various departments for annual staff leave planning and management Support in KPIs submission and update the staff with their monthly progress. Support HR in updating staff job descriptions, organizational charts, and coordinating new staff requirements and interviews. Coordinate various departments, upholding quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Camelia Flowers.
