The position also involves managing a team of plant operators, technicians, and maintenance staff to ensure that the asphalt plant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the asphalt plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to minimize downtime and waste.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment to ensure reliability and operational safety.
• Collaborate with project managers to align production schedules with project timelines and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards to promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance team skills and maintain high performance.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to optimize procurement and service delivery.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for the plant, ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues, providing quick resolutions to minimize interruptions.
