1. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring productivity and performance goals are met.
2. Lead the HR department in planning, organizing, and directing HR activities, ensuring effective and efficient HR operations.
3. Design and develop comprehensive HR policies and procedures for various departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development plans.
4. Provide input and support to senior leadership on HR-related issues, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
5. Forecast manpower needs in collaboration with business leaders and plan recruitment activities accordingly.
6. Manage onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the company.
7. Work closely with clients to understand their manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of qualified candidates.
8. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies related to employment.
9. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and provide guidance on employee benefits and policies
10. Generate and present HR reports, including recruitment metrics, staff turnover, and manpower deployment updates.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment and staffing
12. Keeping employee turnover low, especially in temporary staffing scenarios, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
13. Develop strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and succession planning.
14. Design and oversee performance management systems, including annual reviews, goal setting, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
15. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
16. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure that the company remains competitive in terms of salary, bonuses, and benefits.
