Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Legal Secretary to join our Legal Department. The selected candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to the Legal Secretary and Legal Manager. This role requires excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Legal team.
· Monitor and ensure timely renewal of trade licenses and agency certificates.
· Handle incoming calls and emails for the Legal Department.
· Take notes and memos for legal meetings.
· Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents.
· Manage office supplies, checking stock levels and placing orders.
· Complete day-to-day assigned tasks efficiently.
