1. Assistant Manager shall be responsible for sales and collection targets in the given territory & retail outlets.

2. Manage company showrooms and staff effectively in KSA, ensuring high standards of service.

3. Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating hospitality staff to ensure compliance with established service standards.

4. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing the hospitality segment, with the ability to oversee and assess staff performance.

5. Should have the ability to conduct training programs to ensure adherence to service standards, identifying new locations for Company Showrooms, designing promotional campaigns, etc.

6. Implement and maintain quality control measures to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hospitality services and increase brand visibility.
