· Prepare and consolidate timely reports, utilizing strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights.

· Conduct comprehensive orientations for new hires and manage their onboarding process effectively.

· Orchestrate performance appraisal procedures and facilitate employee surveys to drive continuous improvement.

· Strategize and organize employee engagement activities, measuring and analyzing their effectiveness to enhance workplace morale.

· Facilitate exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for organizational improvement.

· Formulate, implement, and effectively communicate HR procedures and policies to ensure clarity and alignment.

· Conduct regular visits to business unit workplaces to assess daily work dynamics, ensure team well-being, and foster interpersonal connections.

· Demonstrate creativity by designing innovative HR initiatives and solutions tailored to organizational needs.

· Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering an approachable and collaborative environment for employees and stakeholders.

· Flexibly adapt to working from different locations while maintaining high productivity and efficiency.

· Adjust to flexible working hours as needed, ensuring responsibilities are met without compromise.
