To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms)
To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance
To ensure all-round availability of MSL (Master Stock List) and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure
To manage trade-returns within agreed levels
To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same, after diligently following FIFO, FEFO, FMFO.
To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs (New Product Introduction) within 30 days in targeted outlets
To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them
To execute all promotional/activation etc. as per targeted norms/timelines
Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc.)
To rigorously follow all SOPs regarding van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings etc
